Atlanta, GA (PRWeb) – September 18, 2014– BACnet International, the industry association that facilitates the successful use of the BACnet protocol returns to Las Vegas, October 7-8, 2014 to present the Building Automation Educational Track during NFMT Vegas 2014. Over the course of two days, BACnet International will sponsor nine educational sessions examining unique and exciting topics and best practices related to the building automation community.

“This marks our sixth year providing and sponsoring educational content at NFMT Vegas. It’s a great opportunity for our member companies and experts to communicate and network with an extremely targeted group of facilities professionals,” said Dennis Swoboda, BACnet International Marketing Committee Chair. “BACnet International protocol experts will present key topics such as LED lighting, building sustainability through building automation, using BACnet to obtain free LEED credits, utilizing BACnet in major HVAC renovations and much more.”

NFMT Vegas is a trade show and educational conference for facility professionals responsible for the management, operations, maintenance, renovation and construction of non-residential buildings. Educational sessions are divided into easy-to-customize tracks, each focusing on a specific aspect of facilities management.
